Grid Scaling

It would be helpful to add the ability to adjust the scale if grid squares and hexes when in the grid layer. Right now, the shapes have a locked cell size, but allowing users to customize the size of grid shapes would make it easier to create maps that feel more zoomed in or zoomed out.
